IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Glow Wild is a weather-dependent event with nights being subject to cancellation.
• Please be aware that as a night event, our Zoo animals will not be viewable during Glow Wild.
• Online ticket sales stop at 4:00 pm day of event. Onsite tickets stop at 8:00 pm.
  
• Entry into the event stops at 8:00 pm.
• Glow Wild ends at 9:00 pm.
• Please allow yourself one hour and a half (90-minutes) to fully experience Glow Wild and more time if riding the train and/or carousel.
• Glow Wild tickets are timed and issued in 30-minute intervals. 
• Timed ticketing applies to the date and time you will enter the Zoo - guests can stay inside the Zoo and enjoy Glow Wild for longer than 30-minutes.
• Tickets purchased onsite at the gate are available as space allows throughout the night.

PRICING

• Purchase event tickets online before your visit to avoid long lines at the ticket booths and to obtain discounted pricing.
• Ticket prices vary depending on peak and non-peak nights.
• Admission tickets are non-refundable but are date and time transferable. Email reply to the payment receipt you received after ticket purchase to request date and time transfer.
• Zoo Discounts cannot be combined with any additional coupons, specials, or offers.
• Prices listed do not show taxes included.

• Members receive a discount on Glow Wild admission tickets
  • Sign-in at the top-right of the ticketing page to access discounted pricing.
  • Once signed in, pick an event date and time to purchase discounted timed ticket.
  • Add the Member type ticket you need (Member Adult/Member Child).
  • Please Note: Only add the number of tickets to your order based on how many people are on your membership. For example, if you have four people (adult/child) on your membership but add six tickets to your order, only four tickets will be discounted and the other two will be regular price.
  • You must proceed to checkout, and the sum will show a discount at order preview before you confirm payment.
• Family Plus wristbands may be picked up upon entry.

TRAIN or CAROUSEL single tickets are $3.95 plus tax for ONE (1) RIDE and are sold onsite at each ride location.

• Guests cannot purchase ride tickets at the front gate or online. 
• One (1) ticket per person, per ride, for ages 2 years and up.
• Purchase Train tickets onsite at the token machine (credit card only) or the Train Depot and Carousel tickets onsite at the Nourish205 restaurant walk-up window.
